SODA SPRINGS, Idaho (AP) - A judge has delayed the trial of an eastern Idaho prosecutor accused of misusing public money. The trial of Caribou County Prosecutors Criss James was scheduled to begin Monday, but reset for June 3 after the defense argued for a change of venue.
